Lis Wihl (born on 19 August 1961) was an American writer and lawyer who worked at Fox News.
She is adjunct professor of Law, New York Law School. Prior to that, she was an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Washington Law School. She also has provided legal commentary on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factual, and National Public Radio. She's been on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World with Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File The Kelly File, featuring Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs, along with the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl is a Yakima resident who graduated from West Valley High School. She earned a bachelor's diploma of Barnard College (1983), an MA in Arts in Literary Studies at the University of Queensland (1985) in addition to an Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl worked as an attorney at the US Attorney's Office. Her role was as the correspondent for legal issues for the NPR program All Things Considered. She served as "the deputy chief investigator for Democrats within the House Judiciary Committee at the moment of Clinton's impeachment." She was tenured professor of legal studies in the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 as well as the director of in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was a Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 to 2017.
